In the eastern Mediterranean, along the Aegean Coast, lies a serene and picturesque fishing village. Its residents are highly skilled in the art of fishing, with the women particularly talented when it comes to cooking the most delectable seafood dishes. Among these villagers dwells our charming protagonist, Anna. Little Anna possesses exceptional fishing abilities, making her the most skilled young angler in the entire village.

Within her home, Anna has a special companion who goes by the name of Meow – a delightful little cat. Anna and her beloved feline friend spend their days together, engaging in various activities such as completing homework and enjoying television shows. Meow especially adores listening to Anna's stories and playing games with her. Of course, being a rather insatiable creature, Meow relishes the fish that Anna kindly offers her. Whenever Anna heads to the beach to fish, Meow excitedly tags along, hopping merrily on her way.

On this particular day, Anna finds herself alone at home with Meow as her parents have ventured into town. Late in the afternoon, Meow's hungry stomach begins to growl, instantly reminding her that they haven't had their dinner yet. However, as Anna lazily lies on the couch captivated by a cartoon show playing on the television, she suddenly realizes that she has forgotten to prepare their meal. Upon hearing Meow's pitiful cries of hunger – "Meow Meow... meow" – Anna swiftly comprehends her feline friend's predicament. She ponders how best to resolve this predicament.

Meow has always been there for me, bringing me joy and happiness. With my mother away from home, it is my responsibility to care for her well-being. With this conviction in mind, Anna decides that she should go fishing. She switches off the television and picks up her trusty fishing rod, determined to go to the beach and catch some fish for her dearest Meow.
